Prepare a document that answers the questions that follow. How did stakeholder perception affect the crisis outcome? (10 Points)
Recall the eight principles of crisis communication covered in your text (pages 109-112). Choose three principles and explain how Northwest Airlines applied or failed to apply each of these three principle during the crisis. (30 Points)
