Prepare a 1-page, singe-spaced mini case-study on a sustainability or corporate social responsibility issue or challenge of interest to you. For the case, identify an organization and a sustainability or CSR (Corporate social responsibility) issue or challenge experienced in or by the organization. (Hospitality based organization) As a starting point for this exercise, you are advised to look through the business press and expected that you will demonstrate having done background research for your case (it is appropriate to submit a list of references in addition to your one-page case study.

The case-study should be written in an objective, fact-based style and should include three sections:

Background: The name of the organization, a brief description of what they do, and their history.
Situation: A description of the incident or incidents that raise a CSR (corporate social responsibility) challenge for you. Briefly describe how the situation evolved, what the key issues were,and who the key stakeholders were.
Issues: Include a short list of the key issues and/or questions that this situation raises for you. This should be a situation that is complex, challenging, and notcompletely resolved.
The case will be evaluated on the following criteria:

Relevance and complexity of the CSR challenge
Degree of insight reflected in the description of the situation and the issues
Comprehension of the assignment
Clarity and correctness of writing
General professionalism
