Mandatory HIV testing for pregnant women will be the topic I chose.
In my opinion, one of the strongest grounds is that mandatory HIV testing infringes upon the human rights of people living with HIV and threatens the three key
principles of HIV testing namely consent, voluntary counseling and confidentiality put a lot of people at risk because they would then loosen up. I don’t agree with
Mandatory HIV testing during pregnancy .
