1.How do you explain the problem of Evil if God exists and is all-powerful, all knowing, all loving, all forgiving, and all merciful . . .? Most of human history has been racked by Slavery, the abuse of women, the Holocaust and countless other slaughters, Hunger (many thousands of children die of starvation every day now!), Disease, and a litany of untold and incalculable amounts of suffering in body, mind and spirit? The brokenness, the addictions, the fears, doubts and psychological agonies (250 words)

2.”Would you, if you could, heal your child of a hideous disease? Would you stop starvation, disease and agonizing suffering of your family, friends, strangers, and the world if you could? Why didn’t God make a world with a lot less suffering or at least give us a little more wisdom, understanding . . .? Do so many have to endure so much suffering to learn or teach us anything? Is it working?”(250 words)
