Perceptions of Instructional Coaching Impact and Roles
Would like to start with the first 3 chapters (intro, lit review, research design) so I am ready to propose. I have started through chapter 2. I want to do quantitative study using survey data administered to school principals, teachers, and instructional coaches to determine the perceived impact of the various roles played by instructional coaches within schools or districts. Which is deemed most impactful and needed by each stakeholder group? Do differences in school setting (Title I vs. Non Title I) impact this perception? Principal background in instruction and curriculum make a difference?
