Select a diversity issue that you are currently dealing with in your classroom.Select a perspective or principle within each instructional design that would be appropriate for your teaching assignment.Provide an example of a specific instructional strategy that applies the basic principles identified in each theory. The intent of this assignment is to apply the knowledge of instructional design to the needs and strengths of a specific type of learner in your class. A master teacher should weigh the pros and cons during the decision-making process of determining the best instructional design. Now apply these steps to additional diversity issues.Upon completion of this activity, you will have developed an understanding of the complexity of diversity and the need for a continuum of instructional design options. You need to have an introduction and conclusion to your matrix as to what you are going to share with the reader.Put your assignment in a Word document, with a title page, page headers, page numbers, with references on the last page.
