information if you do not have the textbook. Go to the ANA Standards of Practice section of the link, and review Standard 5 (Implementation), and specifically 5a and
5b, about half way down into the page.Nursing Standards of Care were developed to provide consistency between nurses to provide the best patient care. These standards
are updated as evidence is developed that impacts best practice. Use chapter 6 and the Nursing Standards of Care to guide your writing as you address the following
points: Consider how you plan for patient care, using the five steps of the nursing process.
Discuss the critical thinking skills that are involved in using the nursing process to development a nursing care plan.
Refer to the Nursing Standards of Care (Standard 5: Implementation).
Describe how you meet the Standard 5a and 5b recommendations for patient care.
Explain how you have enhanced a patient’s ability to collaborate with your plan of care.
Write a three page paper, using 2 peer reviewed references.
