Assume that are you are designing a required course for graduate students in a Master of Science in Marketing Research program. All graduate students must take this course in the final years of their respective programs. This is a capstone course, designed to provide adult learners with an opportunity to collaboratively develop a business-marketing plan for a fictitious start-up frozen-yogurt company.

Research and describe various learning methods that influence adult education (case study, narrative learning, and discussion.) Which of these methods might you use when designing the capstone course?–I choose case study

•Since the capstone course is a collaborative project assignment, how might you apply various theories of group dynamics to this course?

Describe your proposed learning approaches for the marketing course

•Examine and evaluate the major educational philosophies related to the learning approaches you selected (behaviorism, humanism, cognitivism, social cognitivism, constructivism, transformational learning. For example, if the focus is on information recall, it would indicate a behaviorist approach.

•Present arguments in favor of or against the importance and applicability of these various learning formats and instructional approaches, including how these may influence the general structuring of educational and training activities.
