Organizational Learning Essay

Write an essay analyzing and reviewing an organization’s shared vision and its impact on team learning.I work for a college and here is the vision: The College will be recognized as an exemplary teaching and learning community that fosters service and student success. The College will be a valued resource and leader in academic quality, cultural enrichment, and economic development characterized by continuous improvement, innovation, and community responsiveness. The College is consciously committed to diversity, integrity, academic excellence, and achievement of individual and institutional goals. We are dedicated to building trust, respect, and confidence among our colleagues, students, and the community (I will attach our strategic plan). I CAN GIVE THE MORE DETAILED EXAMPLES AT THE COLLEGE.Format Requirements: The paper is to be clear and concise and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation and misspelling. The paper is 5 pages in length. The student will automatically lose points if these limits are not followed. Please include your personal examination regarding the benefits of team learning, as well as your attitude towards the organization’s shared vision. This paper should be based on a review of the literature available, including but not limited to readings and lecture notes. A minimum of 5 peer-reviewed journal articles and/or books must be used in preparation of the paper
