ARBITRATION – PRACTICUM
We have determined that the arbitrator needs certain qualities/attributes and skills to carry out an effective arbitration session.
Based on your module 4 SLP scenario:
1. Please identify and explain the two (2) most salient attributes your arbitrator demonstrated in this case.
2. As no one is perfect, please identify and explain a weakness or lack of skill you noticed on his/her behalf that negatively affected the proceedings or outcomes.
