PAPER REQUIREMENTS
Supervision Class: Assignment #1
Jane Broden, Instructor
Requirement: Paper must be typed
Length – Five (5) pages double-spaced, 12 point font
The paper needs to address the following questions:
1. What is your Myer’s Briggs personality type?
2. How does that describe you?
3. Do you feel each letter is accurate? Why or why not?
4. What did you learn about yourself from this?
5. What did you learn about others?
6. How does what you learned relate to communication with your friends, significant other, co-workers, employees or your boss?
7. You have learned a lot about communication relating to the Myers Briggs Personality Test.
• Describe a situation where you need to be aware of your type (or one of your letters) and the type or letter of others.
• Give an example in your life where this would apply.
• Which type or letter is it? An example would be:
o You are a manager with a T (thinking personality trait) and your waiter is an extreme F (feeling personality trait). You could describe a situation where you need to be sensitive.
8. Tell me anything else you would like to about Myer’s Briggs Personality Test and Workshops.

1. I want you to write a paper, do not answer questions 1 through 8 listing the number and the question; rather it should be a paper that incorporates these questions.
2. The paper needs to be free of typos, misspellings and poor sentence structure.
