Explore the main problems that the manager could face in this situation and what could heishe do to overcome these problems? 2) What are the advantages and disadvantages for both organisations and employees of appointing diverse (in terms of ethnicity, age and gender) employees? Explore the benefits and drawbacks of striving towards diversity and equal opportunities when recruiting new staff. 3) What kind of challenges or barriers to communication should employees working in culturally diverse work places be aware of, and which strategies could they use to improve communication among each other? 4) How could a manager use team diversity (think of possible strategies) to enhance the effectiveness of his/her team?
