Individual Reflective Account

Individual Reflective Account: Members of the group will also submit an individual reflective account of 500 words. The reflective account should describe the experience of the group process with some account of the thoughts and emotional reactions. There will also be an evaluation of what went well and not so well, and one’s own and others’ contributions. Overall, there is need for the student to analyse the experience and to develop some ideas about enhancing their future performance.
