Thesis statement (cannot be altered): “In this paper, I will demonstrate how the deficiencies in International Law may increase the notion that states resort to violence (war) to settle disputes. I will relate this to the notions of anarchy and sovereignty. Furthermore, what role should the United Nations play in the creation of International Law, collective security and peace?” The paper should include a table of contents, introduction, conclusion, bibliography and numbered pages. Sources must be academic journals and/or books. There should be 4 sources minimum and as for the maximum, there is no limit.
