student are encouraged to look beyond the story telling of the film and not simply describe what the film is but to engage with wider social issues that the film explores. in addition student are to consider the impact that the film has had on society’s perceptions of the main themes explored

your essay will be 1500 words +/- which highlight the key arguments of the text/source. you should pull out the main sociological themes explored in each and, where literature to support your discussion of these themes
