section is the summative evaluation. In this section discuss how you would conduct the summative
evaluation and specific questions you would ask. Include information on how these responses may affect
future planning and who it would be important to share this information with.
The evaluation should include:
• The formative evaluation for your course; a description of how and when you would conduct the
evaluation; and reflection on how you might incorporate the information in your instruction
