Topic: Project

 
Each student will be required to complete a project. Students will complete a financial analysis on an
organization within the healthcare industry. A final project will be submitted that includes a three to
five page written summary and analysis of the organization, a spreadsheet showing calculations (charts
if appropriate) of financial ratios included in Appendix A that cover a minimum of three years and
industry benchmarks, and a dashboard that highlights five ratios. The organization must be in the
healthcare industry and requires approval from the instructor. This project will be worth 300 points.
It is highly recommended to start this project early in the semester.
