Behavior Modification Part Three (20 points)
It is important to set up goals and rewards when modifying your behavior. Please note that experts recommend SMART objectives (Specific, Measurable, Achievable,
Realistic, and Time-oriented). Also, rewards need to be something other than food or alcohol. Design a schedule for yourself (for now or in the future) and map out at
least five mini goals (in order to work toward your long-term goal). Set this up to modify the one behavior you addressed in parts one and two of this behavior
modification plan.
Mini Goals and Rewards
Mini-goal 1 Date Reward
Mini-goal 2 Date Reward
Mini-goal 3 Date Reward
What advice would you offer someone else who selected your same target behavior / long-term goal? (Minimum two paragraphs)
