Explain by way of sketches how

you would construct the dormerto ensure it is waterproof. Ensure that you cover the bottom, sides and top of the dormer showing any
flashing, fascias, panelling, etcthat you believe may be required.

BCAVqume 2 Part 3.8.1.2 and Duncan et al showsthe

acceptable construction practice that satisfiesthe performance requirement P2.4.1 for wet areas.

With reference to the sketch below,

explain how you would construct the bathroom, including covering the wall and ceiling linings, wet sealing/waterproofing, and wall and floor
tiling,timbertrim, windows, flashings and all other components required.

The bathroom comprises an UNENCLOSED shower without a hob, and

also includes a window inside the shower, with sill height at 12oomm off the floor.

simple, single-storey dwelling. What isthe importance of each of the stagesthat you identify? Furthermore, what are the major activities
that occurwithin those stages?
