Nurse educators\’ goals are to create educational programs that meet the needs of students and contribute to the organization\’s strategic goals and vision. To meet these goals, nurse educators conduct needs assessments to determine requirements and essentials before developing a curriculum. Research how to conduct a needs assessment. Create a feasibility report that you would consider submitting to the leadership of your organization: Conduct a needs assessment, taking into consideration your organization\’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.
