You are to create an employee performance appraisal form based on a job you hold or have held or on a job held by a friend or family member.
Include in your appraisal the following effective-performance components:

•Developmental needs, plans, and goals
•Stakeholder input
•Employee comments
•Signatures
Write a 2 page paper (not counting the title page, reference page, or appraisal form, which you must include) that describes the components of the form and the possible negative consequences for not including these components.
Format your paper according to thAPA Requirements, and include a minimum of three scholarly sources not assigned as readings in the course.
