Mr Pap a 55 year old Greek gentleman has been admitted to the Elgar ward for treatment of a left leg Deep Venous (Vein) Thrombosis (DVT). He has been commenced on Warfarin therapy. Mr Pap is having daily blood International Normalized Ratio (INR) levels. Mr Pap is also a vegetarian and has a diet largely consisting of grains, salads, and vegetables.
