Grading your submission will be done using the following criteria:
• The use of questions
• Appropriate selection of question type
• Avoidance of question pitfalls
• Correct distinctions between primary and probing questions
• Thoroughness of opening and closing
• Ability to effectively navigate through the type of interview you have chosen

The following template is to be used as a guideline to save you time in preparing your own interview schedule. Your opening and closing can be very similar to the ones
here, however, I would like you to tailor the opening and closing to your own needs, personality, and your interviewee. When you change the questions it will be easier
if you put your cursor at the beginning of the question or statement and type in your question then delete the current information. If you just delete the entire
question it may change the entire document. You may also want to save this original file and rename the file or do a “save as” and create a duplicate file so you will
always have the original. Because you will be using your schedule in your interview, you should give yourself adequate space to record responses after each question if
you decide to record the responses on your schedule. You do not have to provide me with the responses to the questions on the schedule that you submit.

Please remove these instructions from your interview schedule submission.

This is a sample of an interview meant to gather information. You will tailor your schedule to the type of interview you will be conducting as your “live” field
interview. Your schedule is to follow this format exactly with one exception. You do NOT need to draft a summary for the Closing of this schedule. Regardless, you
must include the other elements of the Closing. You are to address four (4) topics in your schedule. You may vary the number of primary and probing questions for each
topic as you see fit. Please place your name on your schedule.
