Managers in Long-Term Care
This week, I am asking you to reach out to a manager in long-term care. You can choose from any area of the continuum: assisted living, home care, hospice, skilled nursing, rehab, etc. Ask them about their most pressing challenges in long-term care management. Please let us know who you connected with, what area of LTC they are working in, and what their response was. I have found from past semesters that LTC managers are eager to share their wisdom with students. I look forward to seeing you in the discussion board.
