Design a Proposal for a Family Life Education Experience focusing on the following topic and answer the questions below. FLE topic:
Parent Education and Guidance (an understanding of how parents teach, guide and influence children and adolescents as well as the changing nature, dynamics and needs of the parent/child relationships across the lifespan.)
e.g., Parenting Rights and Responsibilities; Parenting Practices/Processes; Parent/Child Relationships;
Variation in Parenting Solutions; Changing Parenting Roles across the Lifespan.

Provide a description of the program, including the topics listed below:
