Design a pilot training module using the “train-the-trainer model” for a Hospital Security Department that will enable experienced personnel to show a less-experienced instructor how to deliver courses, this should accommodate and make provisions for 25 different policies and Procedures over 12 months. The design should allow 19 staffs working on 3 shifts thus, Day, Evenings and Nights to become subject matter expects in order to train their peers to also become subject matter experts.
