• Explain the statement of the problem
• Research questions and aims and objectives
• Structure of the report.

Chapter 2: Corporate and Competitive Appraisal
• A clear analysis of the external situation, using a framework such as PESTEL
• A clear analysis of the internal situation
• Competitive analysis, considering both direct and indirect competitors
• Has the situation been analysed with a SWOT / TOWS or similar

Chapter 3: Analysis of the situation
• Market evaluation including application of analytical techniques (tools such as Ansoff, BCG and PLC)
• State the problems(Gap analysis)
• Identity 6 models from 3 subjects
• Analyse the case using the models/ theories or concepts

Chapter 4: Proposed solution to problem
• Integrated assessment of analysis generate ideas or alternative solutions
-Consider more than one possible solution for the problems
• Choose a “Best fit” solution from the options
• Make Recommendations based on this “best fit solution”

Chapter 5: Proposed solution to problem
• Provide a vision and mission for the company
• Provide an action plan that considers resource constraints
• Step for implementing the solution with justification
• You can use the 5Ws as well.
