Annotated Bibliography

This will be an Annotated Bibliography for your Research Paper. The Annotated Bibliography will include the

The Annotated Bibliography will include eight outside sources that you will be using for your research paper.
This assignment will be as long as necessary to include all 8 .
The Annotated Bibliography must conform to MLA style formatting, complete with heading, page numbers,
double­spaced, Times New Roman font size 12, with a 1” margin all the way around.
In the articles, “The Butler vs. The Help: Gender Matters,” and “The Offensive Movie Cliche’ That Won’t Die,”
we see that both the Magical Negro and the black domestic servant are exaggerated versions of racial
stereotypes.  These racial stereotypes, it has been argued by our authors, quite often help to further racial myths.
Research the different types of racial stereotypes that can be found in film, it can be any race, what the different
racial myths are and write a research paper that argues how these racial stereotypes have furthered these racial
myths, and how they have affected our society in the past and today.
