how Group Emotional Intelligence can be applied to either project teams or to distinct functions (e.g. selling, bid management or procurement) in project-based enterprises. Critically evaluate the maturity of the concept in applying to the chosen context.

Analyse:
how management can actively facilitate the development of Group Emotional Intelligence and illustrate the implementation in the project team or function chosen as a programme of activity to improve performance. Critically evaluate the capability of management in project-based enterprises to facilitate such development.
