MY ASWER : A nursing degree is a valuable investment in my future. I am originally from the Dominican
Republic, where my family still resides. I am alone here in the United States. Unfortunately, my family is unable
to help me financially. Because of my family background, acquiring the costly tuition is challenging; therefore, I
need this scholarship. Having a full time job at this time would keep me away from studying and becoming the
best nurse I could be. This scholarship would help me focus and commit myself and time to passing all my
classes.
