3. Launch NOVA’s interactive sleep-memory connection to explore the various stages of sleep and research linking sleep to memory (www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/body/sleep-memory.html (Links to an external site.)).
4. Sleep expert questions/answers with Dr. Matt Walker (www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/body/walker-sleep.html (Links to an external site.))
5. Dream expert questions/answers with Dr. Robert Stickgold (www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/body/stickgold-dreams.html (Links to an external site.))
After reviewing the above information, write a reflection (at least a paragraph or two) regarding what you learned or found fascinating about any of the information.

2. SLEEP DISORDERS
Review the National Sleep Foundation website (www.sleepfoundation.org (Links to an external site.)). Click on the “Sleep Problems & Disorders” tab at the top. Choose THREE of the disorders (e.g., sleepwalking, insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, REM behavior disorder, and nightmares) to review. What additional information did you learn about each of these disorders? Write at least several sentences describing each of the three disorders that you chose.
