Statement on the controversial concepts related to jurisdiction

Description
The students shall prepare an opinion statement on the controversial concepts related to jurisdiction: effects doctrine, abduction, passive personality principle, or
extraterritoriality. The work shall include references to examples and be based on analysis of the legal concepts. Some students will be invited to deliver a brief
presentation on this issue (about 2 minutes).
