Order Description
This course is designed to meet the California Level I Technology Standards for Teachers (Standard 11). Download the pdf file above and read through standard 11 from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) credential program document. Examine the seven technology standards for teachers and provide a brief description of your personal proficiency with each. Determine which skills you feel are your strongest and which ones you need to work on. Your journal entry will give me a better idea of your technology proficiencies. Please include at least one full paragraphs (4-5 sentences for each standard) discussing your level of knowledge and skill with each of the seven standards. Most of you are not teaching yet, so don’t worry if you need to develop competencies in these areas.
