Post about a quality issue that is facing either your organization or that you personally have faced as a provider or leader;
(1) describe the issue, clarify which of the 6 IOM areas it is an example of.
(2) write an AIM statement to address the issue. “The Aim statement must follow the format from the reading and lecture”.
