2-page memo reflecting on research pape

Analyze and provide recommendations on a ‘real-world,’ ongoing strategy problem. Craft a 2- page memo directed to the board of a health management organization based in Mexico. The company is thinking to add an innovative (new-to-the-world) business to its portfolio. The novelty of this initiative requires constructing a new business model from scratch. Your job is to advise the board on the following issues: (1) What would be a robust business model for the new venture?; (2) Does it make sense for the company to engage in this new line of business?; and (3) How can the company go about implementing the addition of a new business to the established organization? Your memo, which is expected to meet ‘real-world’ standards, has to provide a concrete set of recommendations to the board on how to craft the new business model –i.e. all the analysis and computations that support your recommendation should be attached as an annex to the memo. The assignment as well as the paper (scanned by individual pages) is included in the bottom. There are also a few pages included for tips on strategy.
