1. Have you ever been given an assignment or duty that you could not handle or complete within the time given?

2. Why do you want this position?

3. In your field have you ever had any ethical issues that you have had to address? And if so how did you address them?

4. Did the job positions you held prior to this one help in prepare you for the tasks at hand?

5. What skills and assets do you have that or can bring that can benefit you in this position to excel?

6. Have you ever made a decision that was against the organization’s ethical code or policies?

7. If a situation arose where your decision would affected the organization in a negative way or protect one of your coworkers which would you choose?

8. Can you discipline or even terminate an employee if necessary even if that employee is a friend of yours?

9. Have you ever been part of a team that did not perform to the company’s expectations or goals?

10. How would you motivate employees to be more productive in the workplace?

11. How would you define a leader? How would you define a supervisor?

12. If an executive were caught violating the ethical code at your organization how would you handle the situation?

13. If you were a manager or executive what influence would you want to instill or pass onto your subordinates?

14. How would your company deal with a sexual harassment complaint? How would they deal with a racial discrimination complaint

15. How do you measure employee morale within the company? Do you think you can promote good morale in other employees?

16. What incentive does your organization offer employees who are eligible for promotion?

17. How does your organization determine the needs of the employees? How does your organization conduct employee evaluations?

18. Does your organization offer any benefits for employees with families? How would you deal with an employee who is having issues at home which is affecting their work?

19. What are the advantages or benefits and also what are disadvantages of working in your organization?

20. What is the biggest internal challenge your organization faces and how would you change or correct it?

21. How would you handle training for new employees? If a new employee is not grasping the training what would you do to help them?

22. If you are on a team can you express your ideas or concerns or do you sit back and let others run the group and take credit?

23. When completing a task do you have god time management or do you have to be told what to do and when before doing it?

24. If given a project in a group can you facilitate each member to do their job and accomplish the task at hand?
