This study seeks to examine the impact of transfer of training within organizations servicing youth from underserved communities. This research study seek to study Youth Work Professionals’ perception of leadership support needed to transfer training learning into practice.
Attached are the dissertation required research proposal outlines for Chapter 1,2 and 3. Also, included 41 articles thatI researched. I’ll send additional articles to the writer once he or she is assigned. We are required to used peer reviewed articles. I am required to include articles between the years of 2012 thru current. However, I can also include peer-reviewed articles prior to 2012 in order to capture scholars well known in the research field of transfer of training such as J. Kevin Ford, Timothy T. Baldwin, Brian D. Blume and Jason Huang. I also included several lists of articles that I included.
