Description The paper length should be adequate to fully cover the literature and provide a complete discussion of one of the two issues that you have selected. (appx 25 double spaced pages, exclusive of charts, pictures and reference list). Evaluation of the paper will depend heavily on the following: (1) The extent and comprehensiveness of your research including the literature; (2) You must use APA style for your sources and references. DO NOT ask me how to format your paper in APA style – either purchase the style guide, or use one of the many excellent reference sources online. (3) The currency of the information presented (REQUIRED: use at least 70% academic journals as references – this is important! Library Loan is your friend. Don’t wait until the last minute to do this!! If you do not know how to access the academic journals, you should make an appointment with a university reference librarian. You should also maintain printed copies of your articles that you include in your reference list. (4) The extent to which you are able to synthesize the research and present insights into the topic; critical analysis is required! (5) The quality of the writing and presentation of the paper. (6) Degree of Effort: It should be clear that you spent a great deal of effort on this paper/design. (7) Innovativeness: the innovativeness of the paper will be a key issue.
